As a courtesy to our clients, the Firm accepts online payments through LawPay, a secure, on-line payment system that is compliant with all card brand security standards, ensuring protection of your personal information. The Firm cannot accept a credit card payment for legal fees from a client who intends to list such payment of fees on a credit card as a debt in a bankruptcy case. The Firm may accept credit card payments from a third party for the Firm's fees on behalf of a bankruptcy client. Debit and check card payments directly from clients are acceptable.
